Our company’s refund policy is 1 to 7 days. If seven days have passed since your purchase, Akunique.co Refund and Returns Policy we are unable to provide a full refund or exchange. To return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition you received it and must have the original packaging. Some items are outside our company’s scope of return, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines; these types of items cannot be returned. Additionally, certain items such as gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health and personal care products are non-returnable. Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts due to no fault of ours are not returnable. Furthermore, the return period is up to 7 days.
Order processing or cancellation,
After the order is confirmed, our company team will process it within 24 to 48 hours. Apart from this, if there is a weekend or government holiday, the order will be processed the next day. If there is any kind of customized or special order, then it may take some more time.
